I think it is possible to mass produce Gold. Using Seaborg's
techniques (particle accelerator) and the new solar energy generators
11Mghz power. The only ongoing material expense would be water and
lead. I suppose there would be more embodied energy in the mining of
lead, unless we gather the lead that is already mined.

In any case the solar energy used would be clean.

Substantially, I do think it is possible to devise a sustainable
method for gold production.

With two solar plants a saltwater desalination facility might also be
employed in conjunction and essentially the 'waste' would go into
cloud production. Nice thing right ? We need more rain in Australia.

And, I could even put a few beers fridges into operation because this
system would have an energy excess in the Australian sun.

Correction :

50 MA is the current output of the solar tower. This is 50% the energy
output of the highest operating nuclear reactors. With one of these
only one plant would be required.

Correction :

All units I have cited are wrong, ,

11 MW megawatts.

50 MW megawatts.

There are also two kinds of towers, ,

The 11MW tower uses water....

The 50Mw tower does not use water....

Whether you like it or not, this is the future of energy on Earth.

Idiot.

Of course, this would only be a day operation. I think people prefer
to work during the day.

do the math.

It works.

And its a perfect system. The greed can get greedier and the rain
conscious can get what they want as well.

I think solar stations are good for recycling plants is what I am
getting at. If they are appropriately sited. It is the site that is
important.

I do think that nuclear reactors will need to be running for all the
nocturnals in the country. Essentially the energy debate comes down to
the difference between a night dweller and a day dweller.

John West was right to reject you.

It is the fish that John West rejects that makes John West the best.

I think there is a myth in general made more real by the British who
wallowed around in their own feces for a century that there is such a
thing as waste.

I am British, and yet I don't seem to be worried about my breeding
background. I wonder why.
