I am searching for the Standard Gibbs free energy of formation in
water at infinite dilution of the ion of ammonium carbamate (NH2COO-)
at 25°C. I would be grateful for your information (About literature as
well).

i have no answer for you, but that's simply the carbamate ion.
ammonium carbamate would be a salt.
